Commissioners of State Environment Protection Bureau are sent to Guangdong province to inspect the performance of factories on environmental protection on the 24th of November 2016.

After arriving 15days, there are thousands of factories have been forced to stop producing since they have no qualified device and reasonable procession on pollution treatment after production, especially for printing, coating, electric-plating, ceramic and hardware industries, most of these factories are severe pollution firms.

Jiangmen, Chaozhou are the most main areas for ceramic sanitary ware manufacturing. Foshan, Zhongshan, Dongguan are the towns of hardware industry. Due to the restric inspection on pollution treatment, those areas' factories are suffering, thousands of factories are forcing to stop producing, even manger and supervisor of some factories are arrested and will encounter lawsuits. A severe impact on the supplies of related industries have caused the lead time terrible delayed.

This is a good news for the people living around, we are not economic motivated at the cost of environment any more, glad that the Gov. has paid more attention to environmental protection.

However, as for related industries, it' s disaster because a break in the supplies chain, especial during the bloody busy period since Christmas Holiday and Chinese New Year Holiday is coming.

Such as LED industry, Aluminum alloy plays a vital pole in led manufacturing, it' s the key parts for housing and heatsink, so severa impact on lead time has been caused by the insepction, some orders and shipments have to be delayed for over 20 days or even longer, it' s not a pleased experience for customers who are preparing their holiday, it' s awful to worry about their orders and shippment during the holiday.

In my opinion, a obligation should be take step by step under the help and support of Gov. Forcing thousands of factories to stop producing, it' s far from a perfect solution, it has a bad impact on the completely industry manufacturing rather than thoudsands of factories, what' s worse, they will re-produce in secret and pollition can't be eliminated, so it can't do any help on environmental protection.
